Attention NC Registered Business Owners!!

If you have not paid your NC Annual Report fee for 2022 to the NC Secretary of State, you have officially been warned. I received a stack of notices for business clients, whom I notified that their renewal fees were due in April 2022.

NC requires that you pay an Annual Business Report with a fee of $200. If you did not pay this fee in 2022, You now have 60 days from December 29th to pay the $200 fee or your business could be deactivated and dissolved by the state.

Please pay your fees before February 27th 2023. It’s a simple form but If you need assistance, please reach out to us MTM Professional Services.
