August is a busy month in Sturgis with the rally and school starting soon after. We don’t have much on the calendar this month, but we’ll be back in full swing after Labor Day!

Wrapping up our final meeting for our novel study of The Last Mapmaker. What an amazing book and even better group of kids. We discussed the themes and characters, how it all relates to real-world experiences, and made new friends.

It's our FINAL week of Summer Reading! Join us for our last programs of the Summer. All paper logs must be returned to the library by FRIDAY, 5 PM. ReadSquared logging ends Friday as well.
Prizes will be awarded SATURDAY, or the following week if you can't make the party.

Today we have Mega Monday (ages 6-10) starting at 3:30 PM.
Tomorrow we have Toddler Storytime at 10 AM.
Wednesday is PreK Storytime at 11 AM.
Thursday we have Teen Thursday (ages 11-17) starting at 2 PM.
Tot Social on Friday, 10 AM - NOON.
