Vale High School students, families and community:
If you have nothing going on tomorrow evening, please come over to Ontario High School for the Support the Court Basketball Tournament. If you don’t know what it is, it is a fun basketball game for our middle/high school students who are differently abled. This is such a huge deal for them and they would truly appreciate any and all support we can give them! It is tomorrow, Monday 19th at Ontario High School at 6:30pm. Admission is free but they are accepting canned food donations. Let’s get the word spread far and wide as this is a once a year thing for those that don’t get this opportunity very often. We will have a few of our cheerleaders at this even as well. Please feel free to share. Thanks 😊

Happy New Year, everyone! Our first ski date is quickly approaching and there have been some changes this year for the registration process. Please follow the link below and get registered! You may have to create an account but this will make it so much easier on me and on our ski dates! It also allows you to pay directly to Brundage! Please keep in mind that it is best to do this at least a week in advance, if possible! It helps the Brundage Crew Members be prepared for what lessons will look like and make things much more enjoyable for everyone. If you are planning to attend, please let me know! Hey everyone! Tomorrow is the last ski trip for 2023! Thank you to all of you for making it an amazing ski season!
I will not be attending the ski trip tomorrow as I’ve got a sick little girl at home 😢 I am going to stay on momma duty and let Josh go and ski with our other kiddos! If you have not yet paid, you can give cash or a check to my husband Josh, or to my sister, Juzella tomorrow while at Brundage. Safe travels to everyone that is going tomorrow! This is for an awesome tour in June 2024! This link gives a lot of useful and awesome information! Please check it out and share! We have 3 people signed up and our goal is at least 10! Hello, everyone! Yesterday was our 2nd ski trip of the season and we had another awesome turn out! I think there were about 45 of us!
Our next ski trip is Friday, March 3rd! Please let me know if you are planning to go so I can get you on the roster! If you have already filled out the forms you will not need to do it again, we only need them once a year! If you have not gone yet you WILL need to get the forms filled out! I prefer the online version as it’s easier for me to keep track of who is going. Either way, I need to get you on the roster if you are wanting to go.

Just wanted to update everyone that our first ski trip was awesome! We had about 46 people total!

Our next ski trip is Friday, Feb. 10th. We are already super close to it! Payment and forms are due THIS coming Friday!

Also, I think I’m going to do away with the physical paper forms and strictly do the Google Forms. It is so much easier for me as everyone has to go sign the waivers for Brundage, also easier for me to keep track of who is coming having everyone in one place. I’ll post the link below to the Google Form for you to fill out if you would like to come on the next trip. You will need to do a new one for every trip.

Hello, everyone! We are a little over a month away from our first ski trip! Our first ski trip is scheduled for Friday, January 27th. Registration forms and payment are DUE FRIDAY, JANUARY 20th! Packets will be available in the high school office and at the middle school. I can also email you the packet if that is easier for you. I need pages 3 and 4 back, please.
Reminder- we are not through the school and therefore will not have access to a bus. Transportation will need to be figured out for your child/children.

Ski Trip Date Change!!!
It has been brought to my attention that Friday, January 21st is a FULL Friday at school... (working at the school AND having 3 kids in school I should have realized this but didn't 🤦‍♀️) so, we are changing our first ski date to Friday, January 28th! Please take note of this change and share this post!
If you would like the ski forms, please send me your email address and I can email them to you from our Vale Community Ski Club email. There are quite a few forms this year that need to be filled out, I am so sorry for this! Please know that that is beyond MY control, it is what Tamarack has to have.

Hello, everyone! I finally have all information (I think) to share with y'all for our first upcoming ski trip! Please read this post in it's entirety and reach out if you have any questions, would like the forms to fill out or anything else.
This information is for Tamarack Ski Resort. Our first ski date is set for Friday, January 21st. I need all forms and payment by Friday, January 7th. This date is VERY important!

Prices are as follows:
Tickets for the whole mountain- Full Day:
Seniors 70 and older- $57
Adults 18-69- $82
Teens 12-17- $57
Juniors 7-11- $42
Children 6 and under- Free
*If you choose to stay on the Discovery Run (aka Bunny Hill) there is no ticket charge.

Rentals- Full Day:
Adults 12 and older- $42
Juniors 7-11- $32
Children 6 and under- $18
Helmet- $10

Lessons- 2 hour and are OPTIONAL:
Adults 13 and older- $215
Juniors 7-12- $145
Children 6 and under- $100
**Please note that the price of lessons is in addition to rentals AND lift tickets.

Lunch add-on- $10
Includes Chicken Strips, Potato Wedges and Juice Box

There are no no lockers or storage, so please plan on using your vehicles as a home base. (Maybe if we can get some pop up tents we can use them as a home base?)

I know this is quite a bit different cost wise than Brundage and I am certainly bummed about that. However, this opens us up to new adventures! Hoping we can return to Brundage next year!

Hello, everyone! I am so sorry it's taken so long to get back to you about our new ski program... please know that I have been working VERY hard at trying to get all the details figured out and nailed down so I can give you all the correct information.
Our first ski trip was planned for Friday, December 17th. Due to how long it's taken for me to get all the information, I think we are going to cancel that one and shoot for our trip on January 21st.
Just a heads up, we will NOT be getting as good of a deal as we did with Brundage. I have spoken with Brundage and they are hoping to bring back the LTS Program next year, so fingers crossed and prayers that it works out!
I'm just waiting back on two more details and then I'll be ready to share what we have.
