There are a couple of things I forgot to stress in my skin care live yesterday. Had you been sitting around the kitchen table with me having an afternoon cup of tea or coffee, I probably would have remembered.

Cleansing your face at night is actually your SECOND step! The first step is to remove your makeup. Oh, so important! You can use makeup remover wipes (Farmasi has some good ones), Farmasi's Bi-Phased Makeup Remover or Farmasi's Micellar Cleansing Water, each used gently with a cotton ball. You could even gently use baby oil on a cotton ball - your preference. Never go to bed with your makeup on - especially your mascara.

Remember that no matter what category your skin is in - oily, dry, combination or "normal", your skin needs moisture! Check for the right day cream and night creams for your skin type.

And don't forget those beautiful eyes! If you haven't been pampering the skin around your eyes, start now with the best eye cream you can afford. Farmasi has an excellent one in each skin care line.

There isn't a whole lot makeup can do if you're sleep deprived but it sure does help! I told my sweet hairdresser when I arrived yesterday "don't give me a pixie even if I ask you for one!" But she definitely cut it shorter for me.

Have you ever heard of the secret Starbucks "cold-buster" recipe? I learned about it a few years ago in Chicago. It is made with 1 bag of Teavana Jade Citrus Mint and 1 bag of Teavana Peach Tranquility, brewed with 1/2 hot water and 1/2 lemonade, 1 pump of peppermint syrup, and 1 tablespoon of honey. THIS delightful mixture is what I like to add my Nutriplus Beauty Booster Collagen to!!! I usually make a large mug of this!

If you're looking for a delicious meal replacement shake, Farmasi just came out with banana, chocolate and vanilla!

Remember everything Farmasi produces is using European standards. Today was my first day to try them and I had the vanilla. Always my go-to flavor! Obviously, it isn't ice cream - it is for weight control - but it's good! Tomorrow I will try the chocolate. I used it with Almond milk. It comes in a huge 25.7 ounce container and I purchased the separate shaker which has a built-in strainer. As with any product, always be sure to secure the lid tightly to maintain freshness! I love finding these red & white Farmasi boxes on the front porch! This Farmasi BB cream makeup still looks good hours later! I wish I could say the same thing for my hair!!! My hair came out by small handfuls during my recent bout with Covid! My FARMASI face today! Let's face it. I still look a little "under the weather" as my mama would have said but I am getting there. I pray each of you are well and avoiding this horrible Covid and Influenza! Even if you are under the weather, put a little makeup on and you will feel better!
