We will be closing our food truck. We are looking for a place to open a restaurant. I will be selling orders for tamales only. I do sell pork, beef and chicken with cream cheese.

Ol' Folgies would like to thank everyone who has come out and tried our food.
A little about us.
As a Hispanic, I don't know much about mexican food, why I don't sell much of it, tho I do know how to cook it, but i dont want to compete with those that are experts. I do know what my mom taught me and I love to cook and bake.
Growing up in Colorado we had the most amazing school lunches. No we didn't get hot pockets, chicken nuggets and stuff children are served now.
Cabbage pockets, cheese pockets (like cabbage pockets but no cabbage and add cheese), spaghetti, homemade rolls or tacos, all made from scratch. Most kids ate the school food, cus it was good and we couldn't wait to go back the next day.
Kinda want to go that direction for the fall. So what do y'all think?
