The peanut ball is a fan favorite among pediatric therapists!🥜

It gives our body a little wiggle while we play. This type of sensory input challenges more of our muscles to turn on and helps the child be more aware of their body. This is needed to maintain our posture and balance!🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️

The BOSU ball comes in handy too as it helps to work on balance, trunk control, strength, motor planning, and body awareness!
