We are busy ordering food and drinks and trying to organize all the details for our workers to be able to get to us. Exciting. Intimidating. Anxious. It's a lot to figure out but we will get it done! We can process 4 transactions a minute and that is sometimes several sandwiches per transaction. So, we can get you eating and on your way -fast! So come early! She will also have Blueberry and Cranberry Orange Jumbo Muffins available, also.

Big Sky Bread Company Iowa will have the Blueberry and Cranberry Orange Jumbo Muffins available this weekend at the Des Moines' Downtown Farmers' Market. I hear talk of Chocolate Peanut Butter Jumbo Muffins are coming NEXT WEEK-June 17th. I'll let you know if they decide to make those, too.

We offered Free Samples the 1st 2 Saturdays we were at the Des Moines' Downtown Farmers' Market and the response was 100% YES! You will still choose your eggs🥚(plain or with peppers and onions), choose your meat 🥓 (Ham, Sausage, Bacon) and choose your cheese 🧀 (American, Monterey Jack or Pepper Jack).

We had our inspection from the Health Department today. 4th year in a row we received 100%. Steve and I take health, cleanliness and food safety very seriously. Here are a few pictures of Steve training the crew on safety issues this morning. As we get "new" workers he will do more training throughout the season.

We had to get our annual picture with "Mr Farmer's Market" Jeff Angelo from Need To Know With Jeff Angelo. He led the Opening Cowbell Ringing ceremony this morning and then came for his annual breakfast sandwich!! Thanks, Jeff!
