Here is the latest new ac ductless mini split and heat pump system that we just completed today.
This was done on a summer home on Lake Champlain. This unit has 1 outside condenser and 4 interior heads including 1 low wall head that fits perfectly behind their tv.

Here is a perfect example of why not to hire people who are not qualified to do the job you are asking them to do.
We have been working on what turned out to be a complete electrical renovation when these homeowners hired some people to do some of the wiring before we were able to get there to do the addition/Reno project that we were hired to do.
After seeing what they had done we were obligated to check all the work that had just been done. Unfortunately for the owners we decided that to proceed with the project we would need to do a complete rewire of the project.
Here are a few pics of the work done by the unqualified people.
Seems that an in-line electrical splice without an approved electrical junction box was one of their favorite code violations…

This is from a new build house that we just finished up on and got the new service completed today. Great job making up the panel Daniel it looks perfect !!

This is a new project that we have been working on in Isle Lamotte. This new build house will now have 2 new mini split ac systems to cool the entire house.
There is a total of 7 high wall heads to distribute the air inside the house.
They will also use this system for heat during the spring and fall seasons.

Here is a new job that we have been working on in South Hero. This house gets a complete renovation and addition with a new mini split a/c system that we installed this winter. These homeowners will certainly enjoy the new comfort of having air conditioning during the hot upcoming summer season.

Here is our latest solar project on Butler Island. This solar array will provide almost 4000 watts of continuous power that will be stored in an Outback battery pack system with an Outback power inverter and a 10kw generator that will all together provide plenty of power for this island camp. This will bring these camp owners from a gas light or two right into 2021 with all new camp wiring, switching, outlets and LED lighting.

Here is a new 400 amp meter/breaker combination that we installed on a new residential project today. This is an awesome new meter socket with main breakers built in and an 8 circuit built in panel as well.

Our boat just became our new business vehicle as we are working on a new project on Butler Island. This new camp will have all new up to date electrical throughout the house. The power will come from a 12 panel solar array with an Outback battery storage system and power inverter. There will also be a 10kw automatic LP fueled generator that will also keep the battery bank fully charged when the solar array is not able to keep up with the demand.

We just finished up with installing a new Haier ductless mini split system.
This new system will do both ac cooling in the hot summer heat and will also heat for the cold weather time as well. This new system has one outside condenser and three inside blower heads including one low wall blower unit. These new units are wifi compatible so that you can control them remotely from your smartphone. This new system was installed in an old farmhouse and the homeowners are now enjoying the benefits of a much cooler house during the warm heat.

With this new Speedclean mini pressure washer system we can clean both your inside heads and your outside condenser and get rid of all of the dirt, dust and any debris build up.
