Here I am sharing important nutritional advice which can help you with pcos symptoms.

1) Balance carb and protein intake

Have you tried all the special diet plans for pcos ???

I will never tell you to avoid anything !!

Coz I understand the more you avoid,your favourite food items, more you are going crave for it !!

But you can keep it for occassional treats and ' LIMIT' consumption.

Three foods which research says you should Limit/avoid if you are suffering from pcos.

1) MILK
-Limiting milk especially low fat and skimmed milk is necessary in pcos as it is linked with increase in androgen hormone. Still research are being done yet it is not confirmed. Also,Dairy products are high in carbohydrates which stimulate insulin growth factor 1 (IGF-1), resulting in high insulin level.

2) SUGAR & Sugary FOODS
such as sodas and energy drinks, contain high levels of sugar that trigger the release of insulin and cause an imbalance in the production of the male s*x hormone, testosterone. This impacts PCOS and worsens the symptoms, such as mood swings and bloating.

3) Refined Flour/Processed-packaged products
These foods increase the production of insulin which can make managing PCOS symptoms more difficult and can lead to increased risk of diabetes.

But !!

If you are not following Workout routine,not managing your stress, not eating anti-inflammatory foods, maintaing your diet well .. avoiding these food won't help !!

I have pcos clients whom I allow all of this in moderation.

Make sure you don't have it on regular basis.

💯Having pcos and losing weight is toughest task!!

✌But she did it!!

🙊Most important is she was able to overcome her cravings for chocolates, chips and icecreams. They no more attracted her.

🍱She started eating more and more healthy.
🔵She use to stay awake till late night around 3 am due to insomnia but changes were seen in that.

🔵With consistent efforts of lifestyle change. She was able to reach here.

A very shy, successful Businessman got diagnosed with Rheumatoid arthritis, he kept trust on me and only opted for homeopathy from first itself.
