I got Jay and I a couple hoodies for Nationals. We're here at the hotel. Quite the place I must say. Pretty amazing. Apparently there's a big co****le tournament tonight and all weekend and the winner wins 5000

Super fun day yesterday on the cape kettle ponds with my brother. A two pond day, Hooked a few dozen at least..and boated a solid dozen. All rainbows, all skippa's. But it was fun and relaxing. Everything was holding in 3 ft or less and the late afternoon bite was centered around trees and the sun was key.. when it was out the chomping was.... ON..... great time and on to spring...

Getting ready for Nationals is quite the event. Putting so much stuff together I couldn't throw it all if it was a one cast wonder event -- But I'm ready for swimbaits, chatterbaits, 8 kinds of jigs in 14 sizes, Alabama Rigs, Carolina Rigs, custom spinner baits, jerk baits... man.. not to mention, work on the boat, the truck, even a few rods got the nod.. I even made time to put a few baits online for auctions (which is helping with the cost of things). Thanks for the custom guys painting crank baits, pouring plastics and even fitting me in for last minute trailer fixes () before the 2,600 mile round trip run.. that reminds me, I better get the tungsten, and hooks, line and seafoam, and gas, and oil and.... sandwiches, I can't forget sandwiches..... T-28 days
