Karuna Soul Living

The events of last week have been, in my opinion, highly-charged energetically. Emotions and stress levels running high. In an attempt to offer what I can at this time to the Community in the hope that it will provide some support, love, and healing through these high emotionally-charged and highly-stressed times, I will be offering specially designated yoga classes and events to help support the Community until the end of the year.
Karuna Soul Living specially designated offerings will be the following:
• Donation-Based Yoga Classes (minimum $5) – All donations will go towards a charity or non-profit organization of the class’s choosing each time. (These classes will be designated by an * )
• Crystal Sound Bowl Healing session on November 23rd – proceeds will be donated to charity chosen by the participants on the day of the event.

My hope is that these yoga classes and this Crystal Sound Bowl event will be opportunities for anyone who may need find a space or time to just breathe, take a break, or place to just release some of the energy surrounding them is not loving or supportive right now.
