After careful consideration, we have decided to close Chartier & Co. Properties. As much as we would have loved to remain open, it is simply not the same without Brendan. I would like to take the time to thank you all for allowing Brendan to do what he loved everyday. If it wasn't for the support of our family, friends, and crew, we would not have grown as fast as we did. He and I are very thankful for the opportunities this business provided us over the last few years.

A few days ago phone calls went out regarding the "closing" of our business due to the unexpected passing of the owner. At the time in which phone calls were made, the future of the business was not discussed in its entirety. While we are still unsure of the future of the business, we would like to ask that you stick with us a bit longer as we grieve and discuss things as a family.
Brendan loved this business and worked very hard to establish it. The loyalty of his clients is something that he has always valued.
