“One school created a "Spirit Package" where they buy the book and get a free Tshirt. Kid gets the shirt immediately so it promoted the book and the school. Walking billboards. They also take a big group photo of everyone wearing their spirit shirt and it's in the yearbook. Some years it was on the cover! 2 other schools did did spirit sticker sets and kids got them either with the book or when they bought the book. An added value that they could put on their water bottles, note books, in their book...”

“Definitely use the email features offered through StudioBalfour. Also, we saw a big boost in sales when we started doing a big blowout distribution party. We pull everyone out of school who bought a book to let them hang out, sign books. We have music and food. Haven’t been able to hold one in a couple years, but everyone is excited about this year’s party.”

A chronological book is the smartest way to handle all the challenges that we'll face this year. Samantha Berry suggests a weekly format in her session "Planning Coverage."
