Need gluten free Thanksgiving ideas? Your friends will beg you for this recipe...
And now, my "secret recipe" that you must include as part of your Thanksgiving meal.

Classic Drop Biscuits:

21/2 cups almond flour

1/2 tsp. sea salt

1/2 tsp. baking soda

1/4 cup coconut oil melted

1/4 cup honey

2 large eggs

Directions: Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Whisk the eggs. Melt the oil. Mix together dry ingredients. Then add honey and coconut oil. Mix together. Add the eggs last. Drop about 1/8 to 1/4 a cup of batter onto a greased baking sheet 2 inches apart. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until brown and a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean. Serve warm. Just a bit of butter and you are ready to roll!

Warning! Once you make these amazing biscuits, you will be expected to bring them to every Thanksgiving dinner.

So, cheers to all! From my kitchen to yours, I wish you an amazing Thanksgiving holiday full of warmth, cheer, and delicious food.

Warmly,

Ellen
