UPDATE!!!!
The good folks over at Jaguar / Land Rover San Francisco occupy one of the biggest single building surveys we've done , coming in at around 130,000 square feet . Located in the busiest part of San Francisco's Tenderloin district.
With 5 stories from basement to the roof top parking structure. With an additional lifted parking rise on the roof, we definitely got a good work out here that day.
We don't see many basements but when we do they're in the oldest darkest creepiest pits below the city lol but this one still has the original coal burning water heating system down there. It's no longer in use but it's still cool to see those relics from the past in these old buildings.

Made our way out to San Rafael this week to see our friends out at Mercedes Benz of Marin. What a nice property. Lot of ground to cover here. Squeeky clean facilities . With the show room and sales in the main building and service center , detailing , repairs in buildings 2 and 3 there's also an on-site drive thru car wash .

Why wait until this year's tax deadline is at your doorstep ?? call us today and let us get the ball rolling on your cost segregation surveys for the 2022 tax season.

We are looking to start a partnership !!!!! Not just any kind of partnership though , oh no.

We here at Native Ally are huge dog and animal lovers . For a long time now I've been thinking that there has to be something I can do to aide in the battle with pet overpopulation . I know we can't stop animals from breeding but we can help . So many hardworking folks are out there fighting the good fight to give these unfortunate creatures a chance to live and love and be loved like they deserve.

I'm wanting to help not just financially but also offer up some muscle out in the field as well. There's more to saving lives than just throwing some money at the problem and we'd love to assist .

I'd love to hear from some organizations that would like to partner up and do some awesome work together.

My dream is to start my own rescue . I have a decent amount of property up in the mountains of Madera county that would be a perfect spot to give some dogs , cats , horses , heck anything a good place to rest and heal and get ready for their new life.

I'd love to start with someone already well versed in the business to guide me and show me the ropes. So go ahead and give us a call or leave a message and let's give these animals a chance !!!!!

Located in the Pacific Heights neighborhood of San Francisco CA.
Built in 1912 and designed by Albert Pissis who also designed the neighboring property the "Sherith Israel Sanctuary" which was built in 1904, Two years before the "Great Quake of 1906", and is still standing to this day.
Very excited to see both properties !!!!!

Another one in the books !!!! Recently bought a commercial property , Air B&B, residential apartments ?? Made some renovations ?? Want to reduce your taxable income ??

The Tax Cut and Jobs Act (TCJA) added several provisions to the IRS code including the Section 179 deduction, which allows business owners to take a bonus depreciation of 100% for qualified assets in the first year (as defined by a cost segregation study) rather than depreciating the assets over a longer period of time. This 100% bonus deduction is only available until 2022 and will then be slowly phased out until it is completely gone by 2027.

ACT NOW!!!! Let us know if you would like some information to get you started on the road to financial security !!!! Don't miss out on this opportunity , inquire about Cost Segregation Inspections with your financial advisor and see if this can benefit you and your business.

We are in WILDFIRE season once again. Be prepared and practice safe yard /property maintenance .

Wildfire Preparedness Checklist!!!!

Make a disaster supply kit and have a family emergency plan
Design and landscape your home with wildfire safety in mind: select materials and plants that can help contain fire rather than fuel it
Use fire-resistant or noncombustible materials on the roof and exterior structure of the dwelling, or treat wood or combustible material used in roofs, siding, decking or trim with fire-retardant chemicals evaluated by a nationally recognized laboratory, such as Underwriters Laboratories (UL)
Plant fire-resistant shrubs and trees (for example, hardwood trees are less flammable than pine, evergreen, eucalyptus or fir trees)
Regularly clean roof and gutters
Inspect chimneys at least twice a year. Clean them at least once a year. Keep the dampers in good working order. Equip chimneys and stovepipes with a spark arrester that meets the requirements of National Fire Protection Association Standard 211. (Contact your local fire department for exact specifications)
Use 1/8-inch mesh screen beneath porches, decks, floor areas and the home itself. Also, screen openings to floors, roof and attic
Install a dual-sensor smoke alarm on each level of your home, especially near bedrooms; test monthly and change the batteries at least once each year
Teach each family member how to use a fire extinguisher (ABC type) and show them where it's kept
Keep handy household items that can be used as fire tools: a rake, axe, handsaw or chain saw, bucket and shovel
Keep a ladder that will reach the roof
Consider installing protective shutters or heavy fire-resistant drapes
Clear items that will burn from around the house, including wood piles, lawn furniture, barbecue grills, tarp coverings, etc. Move them outside of your defensible space
Identify and maintain an adequate outside water source such as a small pond, cistern, well, swimming pool or hydrant
Have a garden hose that is long enough to reach any area of the home and other structures on the property
Install freeze-proof exterior water outlets on at least two sides of the home and near other structures on the property. Install additional outlets at least 50 feet from the home
Consider obtaining a portable gasoline powered pump in case electrical power is cut off
Prepare Your Home For A Wildfire
It is recommended that you create a 30 to 100-foot safety zone around your home. Within this area, you can take steps to reduce potential exposure to flames and radiant heat. Homes built in pine forests should have a minimum safety zone of 100 feet. If your home sits on a steep slope, standard protective measures may not suffice. Contact your local fire department or forestry office for additional information.

Rake leaves, dead limbs and twigs, and clear out all flammable vegetation
Remove leaves and rubbish from under structures
Thin a 15-foot space between tree crowns, and remove limbs within 15 feet of the ground
Remove dead branches that extend over the roof
Prune tree branches and shrubs within 15 feet of a stovepipe or chimney outlet
Ask the power company to clear branches from power lines
Remove vines from the walls of the home
Mow grass regularly
Clear a 10-foot area around propane tanks and the barbecue
Place a screen over the barbecue grill—use nonflammable material with mesh no coarser than one quarter inch
Regularly dispose of newspapers and rubbish at an approved site and follow local burning regulations
Place stove, fireplace and grill ashes in a metal bucket, soak in water for 2 days; then bury the cold ashes in mineral soil
Store gasoline, oily rags and other flammable materials in approved safety cans, and place the cans in a safe location away from the base of buildings
Stack firewood at least 100 feet away and uphill from your home, and clear combustible material within 20 feet
Use only wood-burning devices evaluated by a nationally recognized laboratory, such as Underwriters Laboratories (UL)
Review your homeowner's insurance policy and also prepare/update a list of your home's contents.
