Are you a perky, positive, and punctual customer service professional in the insurance industry? We are hiring for a Customer Service Leader who has a great attitude and enjoys helping customers with their needs.
This opening is for a small, family owned insurance agency that specializes in property and casualty insurance. They are looking to add a new person to their awesome team, and hopefully that's you!
**In order to qualify, you MUST have:**
* Valid/Active insurance license in KS or MO
* 2 years of insurance experience in an office setting (could be as an agent, underwriter, or customer service rep)
* Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications (MS Office)
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Experience working with inbound and outbound calls
**Your day to day activities will include:**
* Answering customer inquiries via phone or email.
* Helping customers with small updates to their policies, such as address changes.
* Ad hoc tasks as they arise
* Working with the team to complete necessary tasks
* Following up with customers (non-sales)
**To be successful in this role, you should possess:**
* A positive attitude
* Patience
* Resourcefulness to find answers for customers
* A desire to help people
* The ability to proactively fix anything that you see needs attention
* The ability to take the initiative to complete tasks with minimal supervision
* The desire to provide excellent service
* A sense of pride in your work
* The ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently

Hi all,
I am looking for a person to fill a customer service position within the insurance industry. This person will work in a small office with an independent insurance agency. Responsibilities will include handling all incoming customer calls/inquiries with a positive attitude and a desire to help with whatever the question/need may be. This could be anywhere from a customer question to making small policy updates.
Must have:
