This past Thursday, November 17th, Juan Gabriel's Los Duo 2 had a wonderful night, winning two Grammy's for Album of the Year and Best Traditional Pop Album of the year. We are so grateful and happy for this wonderful recognition. On behalf of the Farias Productions team we want to thank our beloved friend Juan Gabriel and his family for being part of our family for the past 25 years. To all of the artists that participated on the duets, and all of the musicians and talented people involved on the making of the album, we thank you!

It was an honor to be part of this moving tribute to Juan Gabriel at the 2016 Latin American Music Awards, featuring Shaila Durcal, Aida Cuevas, and Lila Downs.
Along with the rest of the world we have been deeply saddened by the loss of my beloved friend Alberto Aguilera Valadez, better known to the world as Juan Gabriel, whose music hugely shaped the views of many on life, work, and love.
Words cannot describe how much he will be missed. We must remind ourselves that when we look for him, we can look to his music and to the memories that he left behind in the hearts of everyone. He will live on forever in each and every one of our lives.
I pray that you Rest in Peace my dear beloved friend, thank you for all you have done. We pray that God has given you the crown that you truly deserve.

We finished the soundtrack for the upcoming movie "8 Seconds" directed by Omer Faruk, Turkey's most famous director.
