We had so much fun at field day. The students, parents and staff enjoyed all of the activities and even tolerated the cicadas.

Good afternoon Hopewell Families, this is just a reminder for our PRE-K students and families that PRE-K graduation is tonight @ 4:30 in the gymnasium at Rebecca Boone Elementary.

This ceremony is for our graduating PRE-K students only. If your child will be returning to Hopewell Academy this fall they will not be participating in the graduation ceremony.

We are excited to celebrate our graduates tonight.

Ms. Angie’s class is MOVING into May!

Miss Michelle’s class has had so much fun the past month learning about spring, flowers, and transportation!

Thank you Kiwanis Club of Warrenton Area for the teacher appreciation cookies!

We were able to get in the first session of our very first Big Rig Day! Unfortunately the second session was a rain out. We will try again next year. The students and parents enjoyed it. Thank you Warrenton Oil, Warrenton Fire and Warrenton EMS for coming to support our families.

We have so many wonderful families who ask you donate to our classrooms and we cannot tell you how much we appreciate the offers.

We have several fun days planned at the end of the school year. Field Day is scheduled for Friday, May 24th and we will have classroom ice cream parties on Wednesday, May 29th. As these dates get closer we will send home notes with more information, but we are starting to plan for them now.

Thank you Warren County for your support. The excitement begins!

Thank you, Warren County! Your voice was heard today, and Prop R3 passed in strong fashion.

Your vote will ensure that we are prepared for the growth that is happening all over our county, and that we can meet the growing early childhood needs of our families.

There is a lot of work to do between now and the opening of our new building; but whatever challenges that await, we know there is nothing we can't do, together.

Hopewell Academy Pre-K families we strongly encourage you to sign your future kindergarteners up for Summer School. This is a great opportunity for them to learn and get to know what elementary school will be like!

So proud of our district!

Soon, if you visit the websites of the WCR3 School District, or any our six schools, you may see the attached image and wonder what that is for.

Warren County R-3, and every single school, from Hopewell Early Childhood, through Warrenton High School, have been selected to receive "Purple Star" designation as schools that have demonstrated an extraordinary commitment to the students and families connected to our nation's military.

This year, only two districts, and only nine total schools in Missouri received this designation - and Warren County R-3 accounted for six of those schools!

We know that our ability to receive this designation is only possible because of our community's appreciation and commitment to those who serve - both in the military, or as a first responder - and it's just another reason we couldn't be more proud to be a part of it!!!
