It’s been a while since I have offered bagels, so let’s do some bagels this week! I am adding a new flavor: CHEDDAR! These have been a huge hit with my family. Don’t forget I also make some delicious sandwich bread. These loaves make great grilled cheese for an easy dinner. And also boule (round loaf).

Sourdough bagels: 6pk for $10 (plain, everything
seasoning, and cheddar

Sourdough sandwich bread:
$9 for original
$10 for flavored (honey wheat, roasted garlic herb,
cheddar, jalapeno cheddar, brown sugar

Antlers pick up or delivery Friday after school lets out. Pick up is at the Depot.

Alright folks! Let’s get my oven running again. Sourdough boule (round) and sandwich loaves are being offered this week. I am also going to roll out sourdough snickerdoodle cookies. These cookies are so good! So soft and full of buttery cinnamon flavor.

Pick up/delivery for Antlers can be Friday afternoon at 4pm or Saturday at 10am at the Depot. Finley pick up can also be Friday afternoon or Saturday morning at the Post Office(I live in Finley so that is flexible). Hugo pick up will be Saturday at 11am at the Hugo Library.

Little glimpse of the orders that went out today ❤️ sandwich bread so soft you would think it was store bought. And bagels with the chewy outside that everyone loves. All of these items are sourdough, making them easily digested, nutritious, and gut friendly.

My brown butter sourdough chocolate chip cookies have been a huge hit. I am looking to expand my sourdough cookie offerings. What other type of cookies would you like to see? I have ideas for s’mores, lemon, double chocolate, maybe a kitchen sink type cookie, something with nuts, etc. Give me ideas, please!

Also, I am thinking about offering sourdough boule “flights”, like a beer flight but with 3 or 4 flavors of sourdough bread. I would make the mini loaves like I have offered before but you would be able to have multiple flavors! Thoughts on bread flights?

Finley pick up will be Friday at 6pm or Saturday afternoon at the Finley post office. I am flexible on Friday and Saturday pick ups, as I will be back and forth from Finley to Antlers both days. Hey folks! Katy’s Kitchen is closed for the first part of the week. So I won’t be able to have bread ready by Thursday or Friday like usual. I will post tomorrow for ordering. Pick up will be Monday or Tuesday of next week. I will message/post with pick up times after I get orders confirmed and figure out what will work for people. Also, I’ll take orders for sourdough brown butter chocolate chip cookies 🍪 half dozen is $10 and a dozen is $18. Those that have samples for me have given high praise for the cookies. These cookies are true sourdough and are fermented in the fridge for a minimum of 24 prior to baking. You get the slight sour taste of sourdough with the nutritional benefits as well.

Oven has been running this morning ❤️ peek the third photo. Brown butter sourdough chocolate chip cookies 🍪🍪 these were made by a customer requesting sourdough chocolate chip cookies. But I couldn’t resist improving the flavor with brown butter. Should these be added to the menu? What other sourdough items would you like to see? I will be posting a product list soon for your ordering pleasure ❤️

Sourdough isn’t just for bread. This is long fermented pizza dough. It’s been in the fridge since Friday afternoon fermenting, which makes it even more nutritious and gut healthy (breaks down the gluten and makes it easier to digest). My family loves sourdough

Hugo Mother’s Day goodies are cooling off. Mini boule loaves are getting ready for the oven 💜

It’s the week of Mother’s Day and what better way to celebrate than with breakfast goodies. I will be offering a variety pack of sourdough goodies.
•3 bagels (everything seasoning or plain)
•3 English Muffins
•6 cinnamon rolls (glaze will be given on the side to
to be put on a warm cinnamon roll)
•1 mini loaf of sourdough bread
ALL FOR $25!

If you would like 6 bagels or English muffins instead of half and half split, I can do that.
