Really enjoyed doing some remodeling for this couple out of the Folsom la area these past few weeks
We had a good bit of demo to bring this sinking all over kitchen back on top
Replaced all joist
Jacked and leveled wall and joist from settling foundation
Replaced all subfloor and reinstalled original cabinets and countertops
Installed new beautiful vinyl laminate flooring and trim

Living in Louisiana will take a toll on a home’s subfloor and floor joists . Make sure you have proper ventilation under your raised home’s and no water draining under it or you will be doing this
