EVENT DESCRIPTION:
Peoria Music Live is taking over the 3300 Event Center for their 1st annual fundraiser on October 20th from 11am-10pm. All day live music, arts and crafts vendors, silent auctions, 50/50 raffles, food, drink, and so much more. Door entry before 4pm is $5, and guests 12 & under get in for free; after 4pm entry is $20 for all ages. Come out and Support Live Music!

I’m so grateful to have met the INCREDIBLE Second Hand Dan and the SPECTACULAR Kyle Brown and The Human Condition.

It was such an HONOR to share the stage with such talented songwriters, musicians, and artists. Truly one of the most amazing experiences of my life to date. I am so excited for our paths to cross again and I feel so incredibly blessed to be granted this opportunity to tour!

I began my third year as a REALTOR® this February, and I'm so happy in this career. I love every aspect of the job, and I'm so grateful to help make a difference in people's lives.

During my first week on the job I met a client and we toured a property together. I was showing the house to him and his brother, and they asked me, "So, how long have you been in the business". Well, I couldn't tell them that it was only my first week and the second house I had ever shown; I would lose all credibility! So I said, "...I'm...newer...". Thankfully they had no follow up questions! Last summer we found a home for him, and I guided him through the process. He said "When I sell in 5 years I'll be calling you to help me, but by that time you'll probably be a big shot commercial broker". I said "No way, man. I don't see myself ever doing Commercial Real Estate. Residential all the way".

Well. Sometimes the Universe takes you down a path you thought you would never walk. I am thrilled to announce that I closed my first Commercial Deal this April!
