We cleaned up a field back behind a house, here are some before and after pictures.

This is a Brass Pressure Regulator. It was buried in a valve box. We were call to find out why the pressured volume for the sprinklers and drip zones were low. When we had dug it out it started falling apart, so it was probably going to leak.
But this is why we don't burry these. When we install Valves, Back-flows and other Products, we use w**d fabric at the bottom so dirt doesn't work it way up and around.
