It’s no secret that I love kettlebells for training. I use them almost daily and I love how tremendously versatile they are as a loading tool.
Here are a few ways I use kettlebells to get the most out of my training with them:
🔥Dynamic complexes and flows
These mean longer time under tension... resistance training matched with muscle endurance and great conditioning.
🔥Isometrics and carries
These are a great way to build total body strength and endurance.
🔥Variety of grip and load placement
These variations will challenge your grip, balance, coordination, and are a great way to progress your training without having to add more weight.
🔥Unilateral training
When the limbs work independently of one another you bring better strength and aesthetic balance back to your body.
