This retreat focused on mental health, and I have to share I generally get up in the night at some point. Slept like a baby!!!

Big breath work in kundalini yoga moved so much inner heat. I’m sold on its benefits. Nothing you need to be a yogi 🧘‍♀️ for!!

They have another retreat in October I understand. Not sure of the details but watch for the next magic they pull out, or attend some goat yoga!!
