Y'all, that is love on a plate right there! My lunch today was a bed of pea, kohlrabi and radish microgreens with golden kiwi, fiji apples, blueberries, tomatoes, sweet onion and a garnish of beet microgreens on the top. Delicious!!!
If you'd like to make your own salad, we'll have microgreens at the end of the week, let me know!

Y'all, we were finally able to get black oil sunflower (they went with the toilet paper) and look at these!! They're delicious! Not bad for our first grow, sunnies can be difficult. 😉

It's planting day! 10 new trays went into gemination today. Kohlrabi, basic salad mix, radish, red acre cabbage, beets, sunflowers and peas coming in 10 days, I'm so excited!

I love how beautiful the lavender stems on our purple kohlrabi are! Did you know that Kohlrabi microgreens are very nutritious and contain over 100% of the recommended daily value of Vitamin C? They're also high in Vitamin B6, Folate (B9), Thiamin (B1), potassium, phosphorus, and calcium. And they're delicious!

Dinner tonight was AMAZING!! Cumin and lime grilled shrimp, grilled eggplant, heirloom tomatoes, green onions, brown butter mushrooms, twice cooked poblanos, cilantro and Earth Mother microgreens on top. Delicious!!
