Shawn Golding has been in the Real Estate business since 2000. He is licensed in the state of Washington. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Washington Realtors, Clark County Realtor Association (CCAR) and Clark County Renal Association (CCAR). Shawn is on the Board of Directors for the Clark County Realtors Association 2018-2019.
Shawn graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He is also a Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI), a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), and a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). Shawn also continues to take classes yearly to stay up to date on Washington Real Estate.
Since 2000 Shawn has assisted hundreds of buyers and sellers to achieve their real estate goals and dreams. From buying and selling primary homes, purchasing investment/rental properties, new construction, bank owned/REO, short sales, HUD homes and acreage properties.
He loves spending time with his wife and two daughters exploring all the beautiful places in Washington. He enjoys golf, travel, investing, and spending time with friends and family.
