Losing power because you’re not getting stacked during your pitch? 🤔
Use this kneeling reach and freeze drill to work on feeling your knee in the correct position. Make sure to pause when you land and check body positioning, then continue the pitch - elbow down, palm up!
(You can use a slam ball or something else soft and off the ground)
