Full Job Description
Looking for a full-time self motivated office manager/office admin for busy trucking company. Seeking a candidate with good organization, reliability and willing to go above and beyond as they see fit to assist in the growth and success of the company. Previous office experience required. Quickbooks, Excel and windows experience preferred. Will train on dispatching program. Will train in A/P, A/R and some quarterly reports. Must be able to work efficiently with the owner of the company as well as the truck drivers in helping facilitate their needs to make their day as productive as possible. Must be willing to complete other tasks as needed in addition to the daily requirements. Must be able to pass drug test.
