It's been a busy few weeks, before I finally have a break, so I'm a little behind posting pics. These are from a few weeks ago.

Happy 11th birthday Nixon!

"Nixon was born at 31 weeks weighing 1lb 13oz. He needed to have heart surgery ASAP and was finally strong enough at 5 months. Since he was born we have lived in the hospital half the time and he has gotten many diagnoses. EVERYONE complimented the cake! It was better than I could have ever imagined and it was DELICIOUS. We are so grateful for this. This was a really special birthday for him." his family shared.

It's been awhile since I've been able to make a cake for . For those of you who don't know, Icing Smiles is an organization that helps provide cakes for critically ill children and their siblings. The theme was the Hey Bear Sensory show () which I hadn't heard of, but once I saw all the characters I knew they had to be on the cake! Little did I know how many they are - I got almost all of them on the cake! Which one is your favorite? For me, I'd have to day the broccoli, avocado and leek are my favorites.
