Pine Hill Engineering LLC provided critical electrical power upgrades and modifications for the new location of the Monmouth County Health Department headquarters in Freehold, NJ. Pine Hill Engineering LLC was an integral part of the makeover of the Veterans’ Memorial Building which has been repurposed as the county’s Health Department office site.
Provided by Pine Hill Engineering LLC for this location was expansion of the countywide electronic Access Control and CCTV to serve the Health Department at its new site, plus structured cabling to accommodate Monmouth County’s WAN, and the buildings LAN, VOIP and CATV systems. Also completed were the building’s lighting control system and an Intrusion Protection System which incorporates temperature monitoring of medical critical storage refrigerators to meet the Health Department’s needs.

Pine Hill Engineering LLC provided all the specialty electrical engineering services for the soon to open luxury apartments at The Sheldon at Suffern Station in Suffern, NY. This luxury residential building has a state-of-the-art electronic access control system, lighting controls and structured cabling system, along with life safety and security networks such as the fire and carbon monoxide alarm systems, area-of-refuge communication system, door phone/video intercom system, closed circuit television system and also, an emergency and standby power system. For residents’ convenience charging stations for electric vehicles is included. All these systems were designed with precision by Pine Hill Engineering LLC whose services where provided in association with other MEP engineers. Pine Hill Engineering LLC is the “E” in MEP.

Pine Hill Engineering provided construction document quality review and construction support services as an electrical engineering consultant to the CTS Group for the design and construction of the United States Postal Service’s new Post Office customer service facility in Flemington, New Jersey. The facility was constructed by the property developer and Pine Hill Engineering’s services ensured that the developer constructed the electrical, telecommunications, electronic security, and fire alarm systems of this facility in accordance with the United State Postal Service’s Standard Building Design Criteria.
