Construction Materials Testing Technician: This position is full-time temporary and will consist of performing inspection and testing for soils, concrete, hot mix asphalt, etc. at jobsites and in the laboratory. Applicants must possess current drivers license, clean driving record, have good math skills, be able to work out doors, and capable of lifting and carrying up to 60 pounds. Overnight travel will be required. Company vehicle will be provided for travel to job sites.
Pay $14-16 /hr. Pays 1.5 overtime over 40 and per diem.

SolTerra Engineering is looking for individuals ready and willing to work. We have a busy season starting up and we need multiple field techs in the Wyoming area. Job responsibilities include traveling to field construction sites and testing on asphalt paving projects.
All applicants must have a valid driver’s license and able to travel for the construction season. College degree and experience is not required but is preferred.

Celebrating our week, we would like to dedicate this post to our Vice President of Engineering, Jessica Klein (P.E.)! Jessica is responsible for 40-60% of the Mix Designs being used in asphalt paving projects throughout the state of Wyoming, as well as maintaining Soils and Geotechnical projects all while leading her own Civil Engineering Division, WOW! She is an inspiration to all of us at SolTerra and we would not be anywhere near the position we are in today without her leadership and knowledge.
