1. Eligibility:
The CCH Clinics Giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Covington County Hospital or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members of employees (spouse, parents, children, and siblings) are not eligible to enter or win.

2. Entry Period:
The Giveaway begins on 09-10-2024 at 6:00 P.M. and ends on 09-18-2024 at 10:00 A.M.

3. How to Enter:
You can enter the Giveaway by liking and commenting on this original post. At this point, your name will be entered into the drawing.

4. Prize:
One (1) prize consisting of two (2) Ole Miss vs. Georgia Southern Tickets for the night of Saturday, September 21, 2024 at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium will be awarded to one (1) person.

5. Winner Selection:
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted Wednesday, September 18, 2024, at 10 A.M. CST.

6. Winner Notification:
The potential winner will be notified by private message via Facebook and published on the CCH Clinics page. The potential winner must respond to the notification within 24 hours to claim the prize. The potential winner must claim the prize in person and present identification. If the potential winner does not respond within 24 hours a new winner will be drawn.

7. Announcement:
The winner's first name and last initial will be announced on CCH Clinics page and other CCH-affiliated pages on social media channels after the winner has been confirmed.

8. Privacy:
Personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of the Giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.

9. General Conditions:
CCH reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these Official Rules or is not in the spirit of fair play. CCH also reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway for any reason.

10. Release and Limitations of Liability:

A section of Hospital Boulevard (also known as South 7th Street) that intersects with a Hwy. 49 service road in Collins, MS will be temporarily closed beginning Tuesday, August 27, 2024. The closure is expected to last approximately one week to allow the City of Collins to complete the final stages of installing new culverts. Below are details for detour routes to Covington County Hospital Emergency Room and CCH Clinic Family Medical.

⬆️🔶NORTHBOUND DETOUR:
- The Covington County Hospital Emergency Department can be accessed from the Northbound Highway 49 Service Road by turning right onto South 4th Street, then turn right onto Komo Street, then turn right onto South Holly Avenue, then turn right onto Hospital Boulevard to ER.
- Or you may take a right onto Civic Center Boulevard between Civic Center and Priority Bank then take a left onto Hospital Boulevard and continue to ER.

Access to CCH Clinic Family Medical

Take a right onto Civic Center Boulevard between Civic Center and Priority Bank then take a right onto Hospital Boulevard and continue to CCH Clinic Family Medical.

⬇️🔶SOUTHBOUND DETOUR:
- The Covington County Hospital Emergency Department can be accessed from the Southbound Highway 49 Service Road by turning left across HWY 49 onto South 4th Street, then turn right onto Komo Street, then turn right onto South Holly Avenue, then turn right onto Hospital Boulevard to ER.

- Or you may take a left onto Civic Center Boulevard between Civic Center and Priority Bank then take a left onto Hospital Boulevard and continue to ER.

Signs will be placed along the designated route during the road closure. City officials in Collins estimate the project will take approximately one week.
