Come out to watch TRHS Volleyball take on the Sundance High School Bulldogs during our 'Pink Out' match while also supporting Welch Cancer Center by bidding on our silent auction items! (A jar will also be available for cash donations.)

Head up to the high school to watch some volleyball at 1:00 and 2:00 pm, and check out the below auction items!

2023 GMS camp was a success! 🏐🏅✌🏼

Thank you Gold Medal Squared for sharing another awesome pair of coaches with us during camp!

We saw a lot of reps and a lot of reasons to be excited about this season with this group—proud of the way we pushed through three long days of instruction and play!

Shoutout to Park City HS for coming down and helping us make camp possible! It was a blast having your girls in the gym for the week 🐈‍⬛🦅.

AREA 7TH & 8TH GRADE VOLLEYBALL PLAYERS! 🏐📣

🫵 Join us on August 3rd at TRHS for an afternoon of tournament-style Queens! ✨

Sign up as an individual and play on constantly-changing teams all afternoon! 💪 Come ready to play, earn points towards your total score, and see who comes out on top as Queen of the Court! 👑🏐

Prizes will be awarded to our top three points finishers!

(A small snack will be provided during a break in play.)

Space is limited for this event—register by July 31st!

📣🏐 AREA 5TH & 6TH GRADE VOLLEYBALL PLAYERS! 🏐📣

🫵 Come learn the volleyball basics with TRHS players and coaches on August 2-3 from 9:00-11:30 am at TRHS!

We'll cover some of the keys and the fundamentals that are used to pass, set, serve, and attack!

Camp will include an introduction to the basic game skills as well as plenty of time to play small group games. Campers will interact with current TRHS volleyball players while learning more about the sport of volleyball.

Each camper will also go home with their very own ball! 🏐✨
Register by July 21st!

Open to all area 5th and 6th grade (as of the 2023-2024 school year) volleyball players!

First week of summer conditioning is in the books ✔️🏋️‍♀️🔥.

TRHS fall sports athletes came in and did the work this week and were rewarded with some functional yoga early this morning to head into the weekend 🧘‍♀️.

We're so proud of these women for getting up each morning and coming in to better themselves for their upcoming seasons; looking forward to what the coming weeks bring our athletes!

Special thanks go out to the women in our community who are giving the gift of their time as they mentor our athletes physically and mentally!
