The second foundation on the subdivision project is complete. Today I had help from my one and only big bro Dennis Fetko! Great job today brother you killed it!

Here is a quick paver and step repair we completed last week. This hardscape was installed by another contractor many years ago. Due to the clay subsoil, the pavers and wall blocks began to move and settle over time. We restored everything back to the original height and finished with a fresh coat of polymer. Thank you to this awesome customer for the job!!

Things are moving along on the hill lot house. Septic is going in, and a/c pad is installed. We didn't have many options of where to install the pad, so we built a small frame to accommodate.

Back on the hill lot, we have the driveway and sidewalk based out. The conduit under the sidewalk is for a future light post.

Footing drains are in on one of the subdivision houses. After inspection, it's time for more backfill and gutter drains.

We're back on the subdivision project. The first foundation is poured and waterproofed. Now, it's time for footing drains, backfill, and compaction.

Today on one of our new home construction projects we installed the pre-made piers. Big thank you to Joe Carnemolla for all his help.

Today, we backfilled a new driveway and repaired a section of lawn for one of our awesome customers. Everything is seeded, fertilized, strawed, and ready to grow!

Today was a busy day, so I wasn't able to get too many pics. Here are a few pictures of the catch basin repair we did this afternoon. We dug it out and rebased with process. Then finished the top with paper and River Rock.

I have a lot secured to build the next house in Tolland. This one has some extra land with nearly five acres total. Gently sloping from the road will make for a nice walk out basement. Just trees now so stay tuned for progress updates.

The new mini is loaded up and heading out to its first job locating utility lines.

Lots of silt fence on the subdivision project, but it's all installed. The tracking pad is installed, and now we can start digging foundations.

We are excited to welcome this new to us mini excavator to our fleet. Can't wait to get it in the dirt!
