What a year to say the least it’s been a real test of how difficult it is to own a small business in the NEK the endless hours on the job, phone calls, paperwork, running around looking at jobs from town to town the list goes on and on. There was times I wanted to give up and move on! But it’s the jobs that are the messiest that is the most rewarding. Seeing the results from start to finish, making houses stand out with true color, having people complement your work that you take great pride in seeing their happiness their smile how thankful they are is all the reason why I continue to make our community shine a little brighter with a fresh coat!!

Thank you to all my customers and the ones who have been there through all years as it was once Carter painting I continue to carry on the legacy my great grandfather created 65+ years ago. Looking forward to many more years serving you all!!

A project of considerable magnitude, involving a substantial amount of scraping, priming, and the application of four different colors. This undertaking has proven to be one of the most rewarding thus far. I would like to extend my appreciation to my team for their dedication during the hot days, as their efforts have been instrumental in our progress. We have received numerous compliments and words of encouragement from the community which have further reinforced our commitment to delivering excellence. As we approach the final stages of this project, we look forward to carrying over our momentum into future endeavors. Here’s a little look in to the process!

We are looking to hire a few people to join our painting team. We are looking for a team lead as well as labors. Job description would be prepping the job site laying plastic/drop cloths, scraping, caulking general carpentry if needed, Painting/ staining, sanding, refinishing furniture, pressure washing. The ideal candidate would have a positive attitude, be respectful, always practice safe working conditions and is cautious for others safety as well, reliable, works to the best of there ability and is willing to learn and have drive to move forward! We have successfully completed another winter project. It was a pleasure to work with our customer and bring their vision to life. A total transformation from 3 months ago to now.

This weeks project is something I love to do taking aged furniture or countertops and refinishing them. This island has some history with the customer and he’s had it sense the 80’s. He was unsure if it can be done and we showed him results he was amazed by extremely happy customer to say the least!
