For anybody interested, the pans are phenomenal! Pricy yes, 10” stainless steel nonstick skillet (pictured) item 2087 $145 but when you figure you will never have to buy a skillet again because there is a lifetime guarantee,it’s really not that pricy! I love how easy they are to clean after words and how evenly the food cooks in it! The pictures do no justice!

Used the ice cream maker today! It’s amazing! I had keto ice cream in 10 minutes. Oh how I’ve missed ice cream!
Recipe
1 can coconut milk
1/8 tsp salt
1/3 cup keto sugar of choice (I used allulose)
1/8 cup cocoa powder (could have used a bit more)
Mix it all together and pour into machine and 10 min later perfect soft serve ice cream. Soooooo gooood!

Easy peasy! One of my go to’s for office gatherings! A can of crushed pineapple, spread out in pan, top it with your favorite pie filling (used strawberry today)can, then a white cake mix, just the mix spread over the top, put a stick of butter sliced across the top, cook at 350 for 35 to 45 minutes (until it’s as brown as you want it) and voila, you have dessert! Remember when I said I like things easy?

Love this new enameled cast iron pan item 100247 $70, I made scalloped potatoes last night! Sliced up two large potatoes using the simple slicer item 1099 $40 on number 2. Put heavy whipping cream in bottom of pan, put in half the potatoes layered, pour more whipping cream, half stick of butter sliced, then add shredded gruyerre and Swiss cheese then do one more layer and cover with gruyerre and Swiss cheese, bake at 350 for one to one and a half hours till potatoes are soft! Easy peasy! Caution: do not over fill like I did or you may set off the smoke alarm because it will boil over! (I may or may not have set off the smoke alarm, ha). The pan is perfect though because there’s a lot of area for the potatoes to brown!

Working on a Black Friday deal...I wont post until after November 1st. What would you guys like to see? This will be in addition to anything that Pampered Chef does as a company. I am not sure what, if anything, Pampered Chef does because this is my first year. This will be strictly from me for anyone ordering from my website on Black Friday! I just got these teak spoons today and wow, I’m impressed! Item 2002 each spoon $10, I have pictured it next to my old wooden spoon (don’t think it’s pampered chef, just really old), my old spoon is the size I was expecting, you can see the real spoons are far superior to my old wooden spoon—totally a recommend item!
