On the road again . . .
Our BLT's are packing their bags and heading to brand new territory as we head to the southern burbs, New Lenox for a visit to the Hickory Creek Brewing Company.
See everyone tomorrow night at 5 PM with loaded BLT's and appetizers including Lent special Grilled Shrimp, both Lemon Butter and Buffalo Sauces.

Well, it has started . . .
Almost a hundred pounds of corned beef, 25 pounds of cabbage, 25 pounds of potatoes, 25 pounds of carrots and 10 loaves of rye bread to start with, first delivery tomorrow.

Four different flats to choose from, Monterey Chicken, Mediterranean, Philly Cheesesteak and Super Pepp will be joined with a Lent special of Garlic Grilled Shrimp Skewers and our now fan favorite Asiago Bleu Potato Chips.

The are plotting a course to visit all of our friends at Fox Republic Brewing in Yorkville starting at 5 PM. Joining them will be a mouth watering Buffalo Shrimp appetizer and of course, the top two fans favorites, Asiago Bleu Potato Chips and SpinArt Tartlets.
Joining them will be our buddy Billy Denton Music.

Over two years ago, while at the Restaurant Show, I came across the perfect flatbread company. The only hiccup was they were at the show looking for a distributor in the Chicagoland area.
So I have been waiting for two years.
Well, recently I was able to finally get the perfect flatbreads and took them out last evening to Goldfinger Brewing Company in Downers Grove, where people ordered quite a few of them!
They are perfect, thin crusts, crunchy when you bite into them and we top them with all sorts of goodies, like the two pictured here.
This Friday, 2.9, we are taking them to Batavia to Sturdy Shelter Brewing, we start at 5 PM and go til we sell out. We sell out every time at Sturdy every time we visit, so get here early before they are all gone.
So, if you are looking to try a perfect flatbread on Friday, you may choose from Monterey Chicken, Mediterrean, Super Pepperoni or Philly Cheesesteak.

What a year it has been for our little company, thousands of Small Bites, thousands of sandwiches and what seemed like a billion chopped tomatoes for Pico de Gallo! It has been a joy to serve all of you, making new friends along the way and developing a huge four legged following as well!

We are bringing two new Paninis to Skeleton Key, Friday December 15th from 5 PM to sell out. First up is our new Prosciutto, Roasted Red Pepper and Pesto, a full flavored panini that is not to be messed with! Our much demand chicken dish, we have figured out how to bring our beloved Chicken Cordon Bleu into the Panini world and boy is it fabulous, rich, creamy and filling.
Also introducing our new Shrimp Cocktail Tartlets, a layer of finely slivered celery, loads of shrimp that have been bathed in our great cocktail sauce and great crunch factor from the tartlet shell.
