Building a habit is a marathon, not a sprint.
Many of us want better habits. Motivation by itself for building those habits though doesn’t last and then we struggle to keep maintaining momentum.
At the start, start small and focus more on continuing the habit than doing it to perfection or as long, or as hard as you wanted to.
And remember, it’s a marathon, not a sprint.
