First step of a large condo reno in Farmington. Rip the tile up, underlayment down, a beautiful herringbone vinyl click connect floor, and vanity install.
We are going to get this bathroom up and running before we demo the other two bathrooms.
I had to start fresh with this deck since the framing was rotted out and the deck was inverted (not good đŹ). I tried using steel rods for the first time from and they worked perfectlyâŚsaved me a few days of a sore body. I spaced my joists 12â on center to strengthen the deck. The deck was finished with Trex Toasted Sand for the decking and we used hidden fasteners for a very clean finish. The rail system is finished with the growingly popular Cocktail style rail (flat across entire surface) from the Trex Transcend line. I finished the deck with PVC siding so rot will never be an issue and matched the color to the decking. It came out beautifully and will be a great entertainment space for my client.

This is a master bathroom I just renovated in Southington (with a couple âbeforeâ pics). The homeowners had a cracked and leaking shower and outdated finishes so we replaced the shower unit, shower door, floor tile, toilet and vanity. Now itâs modern and functional!
If you have a bathroom youâre looking to update, please give me a call for an estimate. I do bathrooms, kitchens, finished basements, decks, porches, additions, new builds, and pretty much everything else! Ping me here or give me a call at 860-559-9597.
Check out this beautiful bathroom vanity area I just finished in Farmington. Beautiful natural finish vanity with Carrara Oreo quartz. Vanity had to be custom made due to the ceiling of the basement stair running underneath the vanity.
Thank you New England Cabinet and G&F Marble and Granite.
Check out this basement I finished this past winter in New Hartford. 1,200 SF, large rec room, podcast room and full bathroom. Porcelain Stone Look tile throughout, beautifully stained stairs with wire railing, large custom bookshelf, Forced hot / cool air, and new large window to let in maximum sunlight.
