As a Customer Service Rep / Dispatcher, you arrive each day ready to ensure that our clients are being heard and receiving the best customer service possible

You work hard to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency without compromising client satisfaction

First and foremost, you act as a dispatcher

You receive incoming client calls and dispatch service calls to field technicians

With attention to detail, you schedule calls to provide prompt, convenient service as well as maximize our field technicians' time and mileage

You also keep the service management system updated with complete notes and current statuses

Medcalf Heating & Cooling is recruiting HVAC Service Technician to join our growing company. We are seeking self-motivated professionals to advance their career with our team. We have immediate openings. If you have experience in Service HVAC/R industry, then we don't want you to miss this opportunity.
Job Description Job Summary We are seeking an experienced full-time HVAC Certified Service Technician to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 5:00 pm. After training is complete you will be a part of the on-call rotational schedule. We are offering a $2,500 sign on bonus and our starting pay ranges from $47k to $80K per Year based on the amount of work experience and your skills. The Service Technician proactively and responsively performs technical and mechanical work for their designated location.
Job Responsibilities

Assessing HVAC/R equipment problems

Communicating directly with the customer

Providing suggestions to improve their existing system

Completing all necessary repairs

Completing all necessary paperwork
