How do you help a client who has a bad contractor and is over their head but your beyond your ability to help due to your own work load?

A before and after of a 900 sq ft garage, removed the old paint, cleaned, pressure washed, acid etched twice and applied a 3 layer metallic epoxy system, tons of work but worth it for a 25 year maintenance free product.
