Hi there - it's with a sad heart that I am writing this. Due to a reduction in business, we are closing until further notice. Monday, September 14th is my final delivery. I would like to thank my family and friends who encouraged me in opening and who supported me this past year. Thank you to American Legion Hamon Gray Post 83 for allowing me to use their kitchen, but most of all thanks so much to my lovely customers -it was my great pleasure to cook for you. You all take care and remember to eat nutritious and delicious food!

This week's menu is multi-cultural featuring dishes with Korean/Mexican flair, a bit of Mediterranean, something from Cajun Country, and this beauty below. A Chickpea Masala which highlights Indian flavors. Take your pick - they're all delicious!

Try our vegan friendly Cajun Roasted Corn Chowder! Local corn from Bureks roasted on the cob and then cut off and cooked with roasted peppers, coconut milk and my own Cajun spice blend.

-Babaganoush Buddha Bowl with brown rice, roasted cauliflower, cucumber and scratch made Babaganoush
-Cherry Chicken Salad - last time for this season. Fresh cherries, Greek yogurt, roasted walnuts, celery and fresh ginger.
