Just wondering... Are you better off today than you were 3 years ago? And I don't like season 1 of this year, so when does season 2 begin?

I think most of you know or remember me no matter when our paths may have crossed. Maybe some like me and others don't, but if you are on my Friends List, I want to believe that you like me. I would love to see if we can still communicate with more than just likes and gifs and actually write something to each other. I decided to participate in an experience called "A Meeting Between Breadfruit". (weird name right?) The idea is to see who reads a post without a photo. We are so immersed in technology that we have forgotten the most important thing: good friendship. If no one reads this message it will be a short social experiment. US to Implement Retaliatory Tariffs on EU Wine, Cheese

The U.S. Trade Representative's office has released a list of EU products it would tax in response to EU subsidies for Airbus, reports BBC. Among the listed items are fresh or chilled salmon fillets; cheeses, including cheddar, roquefort, stilton, gruyere, and Pecorino; fresh or dried lemons; virgin olive oil; and marsala wine.

INGREDIENTS:
Ricotta Soppressata Toast:
1. 5 - 1/2-inch Baguette slices, toasted, warm
2. 3 oz. (3 slices) Grande Prima Dolce Ricotta, sliced
3. 1 1/2 oz. (10 slices) Soppressata salami, thin sliced
4. 3 1/2 oz. (1/4 cup) Marinated Cherry Tomatoes (see recipe)
5. Garlic butter, warm, as needed

Marinated Cherry Tomatoes:
1. 2 1/4 lb. (3 cups) Tri-color cherry tomatoes, halved
2. 6 oz. (3/4 cup) Red wine vinaigrette
3. 1/2 oz. (1/4 cup) Italian parsley, chopped
YIELD:
One Appetizer, 42 oz. (12 servings) Marinated
Cherry Tomatoes

DIRECTIONS:
Ricotta Soppressata Toast:
1. Brush 5 toasted baguette slices lightly with
garlic butter; top evenly with 3 oz. sliced
Grande Prima Dolce Ricotta and 2 slices
soppressata; arrange toast on plate.

2. Top toast evenly with 3 1/2 oz. Marinated
Cherry Tomatoes (see recipe).

Marinated Cherry Tomatoes:
1. Combine all ingredients in container and
gently toss to blend. Cover and chill to hold.

What's NEW...This salami is obtained with the ham trimmed of heavy domestic pork. It is sacked into a thin gut (4 cm) that accelerates the seasoning. The low-fat mixture, the delicate taste and the special sweetness whet your appetite. It should be eaten when soft with bread or crouton, as a starter with a glass of wine. It is better if you keep it refrigerated or in some other fresh places, avoiding places too much dry. In this packaging, it contains a very useful cutting board and knife for easy slicing.

What's New...Ricotta Prima Dolce - Prima Dolce is reminiscent of the hand-dipped ricotta in the Italian countryside with the curds being delivered in the original basket of collection. This cheese is made from all-natural ingredients, free of artificial colors, fillers and preservatives.
