A beautiful weekend with magical people. It was a weekend of letting my hair and my heart lead. A weekend of playing and dancing with life, fairies, and friends again.

I felt the confidence of a new hair cut and fresh blow out and I road it straight through a bar with loud live music and pool all the way to camping in my car and bathing naked in hot springs. I thoroughly enjoyed every cup of coffee, the conversations they brewed, and the dear company I shared that space with.

I felt divine in my humanness. In recognizing I’m diving deeper into real life, the messy, beautiful, confusing, playful adventure it’s meant to be. And I’m finding the company I keep feels so fu***ng honest and pure. I love it. Give me your directness.

I have nothing I want to run from anymore. My heart is wide open. I’m not trying to ascend out of here to new earth. I don’t care if the Schumann spiked or we had an x class or an m class solar flare today. I don’t outsource my spirituality.

I don’t give a f**k how many mushroom trips you’ve been on. Can you be here? Can you dive in deeper? Can you let the chaos of the world feel incredible? Can you just be honest with yourself and stop performing? Trust me, this dimension is juicy enough!

Just blast some music, cook your breakfast next to a river, open up your sunroof to a misty sky at 6am. Have a drink of life. Take a bite out of simplicity and spice it with presence! Just be right here. Nourished and whole.

I’m a child of the forest! I feel my happiest in the mountains where I can hear the water running.

Lesson learned: I’ll never force myself to live somewhere I cannot bathe naked in the rain and dance with the fairies 🧚🏼 🌲

In the energy of our new moon, intend to create. And know that more may come up to grieve and let go.

This was my experience yesterday. Dates were set for the first events I’ll be hosting at Metatron’s Pyramid, an opportunity I feel truly honored to have. I’ve wanted to step into this role for quite some time, and it feels like a big testament to my own growth to finally feel able to do so.

Yet, on the other side of my excitement, I found myself feeling sad. Another layer of grief coming up to be released. Another layer of resistance asking to be seen because “this isn’t the way I wanted it.” A deeper layer of trust forming as I witness the unfolding of my next chapter.

It’s all ok. A big creation means a big release. This is part of the journey. Sometimes the healing process feels like two steps forward, one step back, but a step is a step. Keep nourishing your own heart.

A nourished belly is a nourished heart 💗

My new business name, Nourished Heart, came to me as I was doing just that - nourishing my heart. I was at a sound bath, and in pops this thought about how much nourishment I’ve been missing over the last year, and how deeply I’m craving it now.

Normally, this is the sort of thought you set aside when you’re meditating, but it felt important to follow this lead. I began to think about all the ways we nourish our hearts - with food, with community, with medicine, with tears, and self-expression.

And that’s the vision I have for everything I do. If I guide or facilitate a personal intuitive journey for you, it will bring clarity and nourish your heart. If I host a reiki circle and quantum healing, it will create community and nourish your heart. If I cook for you or cater your event, it will fill your belly and nourish your heart. It’s all designed to bring you back to your heart.

I can’t wait to share my new logo and upcoming events with you all very soon!! In the meantime, I’m available for virtual quantum healing and reiki/light language sessions.

I don’t know what kind of fine print was in my contract for this segment of my lifetime, but hot damn! I feel like the beginning of my 30s have been about fully integrating BIG lessons and deepening my trust in the timing of my life.

I know I am brave. I know when fear comes up for me, I choose to keep my heart open and lean in. I know there is no better way to move through this life and love than with an open heart. Sometimes that means we get hurt, but I also know we are stronger than we feel on our darkest days, and I’ve had some dark ones.

I know when I’m on the right path, things align and flow easily to me. I know pursuing my purpose matters more than what or who I may perceive as lost along the way. That’s a hard one, but it’s true.

I know with each love, our heart is expanded. The valleys are as deep as the mountains are high. May we all know a love that feels like heaven.

And the deepest one: I know I am guided. We all are. I know my intuition is clear and decisive. I’m rarely confused, and if I am it’s a sign of fear and resistance to the unknown.

Lean in, and then lean in again.

Hats off to this cycle of death and rebirth. It sure was a doozy.
