Goal 1. Mile,push ups and meditation?
Goal 2. Track protein and water ?
If you have not meditated before try 3 seconds in and 3 seconds out. By counting and focusing on your breath it will help clear your mind!
The hardest thing for me today was the water. Had to drink more after lunch. Hope I can sleepππ±π
