Today, I had the pleasure of dining at The Yellowwood, a culinary gem run by the talented students at Ivy Tech in Bloomington. As an alum, I take particular pride in the exceptional experience they offer.

From the moment I stepped in, the attention to detail was evident. The space exudes a warm ambiance, perfectly complementing the hospitality program’s spirit. The Tortilla Salad was a vibrant medley of flavors, with each ingredient freshly demonstrating the potential of these future culinary stars. The Grilled Asparagus, tender and perfectly seasoned, stood out as a testament to the skillful preparation. And the pièce de résistance, the Delicious Apple Crisp, was a symphony of textures and sweet comfort - a delightful end to an impressive meal.

As a graduate from Ivy Tech, it's uplifting to see such dedication and skill being nurtured.
