City Wholesale is striving to be innovative with employee health care.

A few of our employees on the run… literally Donna Crowder, Tracey Kerr and Robert (Boot) Aaron ran in the St Jude Hero marathon and half marathon in Memphis Tn.
We are proud to say Tracey and Donna both finished the half marathon at a great pace and Boot finished the grueling 26.2 miles in 3:58:44. They were able to raise over $600.00 for the St Judes Children Hospital.

Way to go guys we are proud of our employees on this accomplishment.

2015 IFDA Truck Driving Championship!!! Congratulations Barry!!

2015 IFDA Truck Driving Championship! OUR driver Barry Koss brought it all home! Congratulations!!!! We are proud of you!

This was held at Disney’s Yacht & Beach Club Resorts in Lake Buena Vista, FL

Barry Koss won 1st place : $1500, Championship Medal, Champion’s Jacket ( letterman style with logo on back and driver’s name on front ) , and a Large Champion’s Magnet to display on their company vehicle.

AL.com says At 8 a.m., Alabama Power reported that 35,500 customers were without power in the state, including 23,700 in the Birmingham metro area. Power has been restored to 60 percent of customers experiencing outages, the company said. As our city recovers from the power outages City Wholesale Grocery is trying to help by getting much needed supplies to the Alabama Power workers as they work tirelessly to return power in each area affected.

AGDC (Altria Group Distribution Company) is announcing packaging enhancements for Husky SKUs beginning with shipments on
or after November 10, 2014. USSTC manufacturing will follow a first-in, first-out inventory
process which may result in different wholesale delivery dates for each SKU. As a result,
USSTC will not communicate a first wholesale delivery date for the packaging enhancements. Deliveries to Direct Customers on or after November 10, 2014 may contain Husky products
with enhanced packaging. Below are the packaging enhancements to the Husky SKUs.
