Celina Moving has a box set up for donations. We are grateful to help Kiwanis Club of Celina by providing and collecting donation boxes. The community support of this annual event is appreciated!

It's that time of year again. The Kiwanis Club of Celina and Our Home Family Resource Center invite you to donate new or clean, gently used winter items for distribution to Mercer County children and adults in need on October 19, 2024. Please drop off coats, hats, gloves, and scarves by October 13th at Our Home in Celina or at designated drop boxes around Mercer County (see comments for locations). 🧥🧣🧤🧢

If you are unable to drop off your donations, please contact Kelly Westgerdes with Kiwanis Club of Celina at 419-305-2346. She will make arrangements to pick up your donation on or before October 13th.

Beth Hauenstein, a Celina Moving team member, was laid to rest today. She passed away unexpectedly while fighting her battle with cancer. Beth had a positive attitude, a dedicated work ethic, and strong faith. We are grateful for the time we had with her and will miss her. Our thoughts and prayers go out to her family and friends during this difficult time.

Stop by Old Navy at Jefferson Pointe in Fort Wayne, IN soon to see the remodeled store! We have partnered through Atlas Logistics to do numerous deliveries for other Old Navy stores over the years. We receive contractor's supplies to our warehouse and then make deliveries to surrounding stores. Happy shopping!

Living Room and Common Areas

 Dust all surfaces, including furniture, electronics, and decorations.
 Vacuum or clean the upholstery on your furniture.
 Clean your curtains or blinds.
 Give your floors a good cleaning.
 Check under the couch for any toys or food.

Kitchen and Dining Room

 Clean out pantries and remove expired items.
 Clean all kitchen appliances and donate or sell any appliances you no longer need.
 Clean the countertops and under the sink.

Bedrooms and Closets

 Declutter your closets. Remove any items that you no longer wear or need and consider organizing your clothes by category or color to make it easier to find what you're looking for.
 Clean your bedding. Wash your sheets, pillowcases, and duvet covers according to the care instructions.
 For mattresses, use a vacuum cleaner with an upholstery attachment to remove any dust or allergens. If there are any stains or odors, spot clean with a fabric cleaner.
 In the bedrooms, dust all surfaces, including furniture, shelves, and light fixtures. Use a microfiber cloth or a duster to remove dust and cobwebs from hard-to-reach areas.
 Vacuum or sweep the floors, and mop or steam clean for a deeper clean. Pay attention to any stains or spills that may require extra care.

Bathrooms

 Clean bathroom fixtures, including the sink, toilet, bathtub, and shower.
 Clean the mirrors and windows in your bathrooms.
 For the floors, sweep or vacuum to remove any loose dirt or debris, and then mop for a deeper clean.

Laundry Room

 Clean your washer and dryer. Remove any lint from the dryer vent and wipe down the surfaces with a damp cloth.
 Organize your laundry cleaning supplies. A great way to organize cleaning supplies is by using clear containers so you can see what you are looking for.
 If your laundry room also serves as a mud room, get a shoe organizer to keep shoes organized and off the floor.
