“To those who want to repeal this lifesaving law, let me be clear: I won’t let it happen on my watch,” Biden said.

This pretty little tuxie girl is Kia. Kia is not thriving here at the shelter and so badly wants a home to call her own.
Kia is about 5 years old. Her previous owners were no longer able to provide proper care for her, as she was experiencing upper respiratory infection and mouth infection. We’ve treated her since arrival and she is now doing great! Kia supposedly survived Panleukopenia at a young age, so it was described to us that she may be more susceptible to developing upper respiratory infections. She does not require any specialty long term care, but an owner would need to be prepared to provide vet care as needed, just like any other cat! We’d be happy to have the vet also discuss this further with you.
Kia loves to be petted by the people she knows and trusts, but the shelter environment is so overwhelming for her. We hate to see kitties in a cage long-term and we felt Kia was ready to finally be out of her cage. She didn’t thrive being out of her comfortable space so she needed to be returned to her cage. When in her safe space, she purrs and gives head bumps to everyone. She so desperately wants to be back in a calm home environment. Please give Kia a chance to be back in a home, or even give her a chance by calling us to learn more about her at 412-672-8901.

President Biden is killing it!

But the economic boom we are currently experiencing didn't happen by accident.

No, it took a lot of hard work and a laser-focus on the problems facing our country, both short-term and long-term.

You see, President Biden is not watching cable TV news all day, he's not tweeting insults and lies and other nonsense at all hours of the night, he's not stealing and refusing to return our nuclear secrets, and he's not pocketing our taxpayer dollars while golfing at his own resorts.

He's just getting stuff done for the American people.

He passed the American Rescue Plan back in March 2021 to get shots in arms and checks in pockets and kids in schools and our economy started to move again at a historic clip. Jobs are up, unemployment is down, and we began battling the pandemic head on instead of trying to ignore it like we did under Trump.

In fact, President Biden has added more jobs in his first 29 months in office than any administration in U.S. history.

And in November 2021 he passed a massive infrastructure plan to combat climate change, add millions of jobs, and make our country more competitive in the world for decades to come.

"Infrastructure Week" was a punchline under Trump, but now new infrastructure projects are a constant headline under Biden.

As if that's not enough, in August 2022 he passed two major pieces of legislation:

On August 9th, 2022, Biden signed the CHIPS and Science Act to boost our economy. The bipartisan bill to boost American manufacturing, lower costs, and strengthen U.S. leadership in the technology of the future. The CHIPS and Science Act, which will make our economy more globally competitive, will boost semiconductor manufacturing in the U.S. and increase American innovation and jobs in science and technology.

And then a week later on August 16th, Biden did it again. The Inflation Reduction Act will cut the federal deficit, lower prescription drug prices, lower energy costs, lock in lower health care costs, and take aggressive action to tackle the climate crisis - and it does not raise taxes on anyone making less than $400,000 a year.

The Inflation Reduction Act is being called the single greatest effort to combat climate change in world history.

The Bottom Line: Today inflation is down, unemployment is down, crime is down, and consumer confidence and the stock market are way up.

To those who say it can't happen here, just open your eyes and ears - Trump is telling you almost daily what he will do to this country and our institutions during a second term.

This does not get enough attention 👇

Instead of illogically blaming Joe Biden for inflation when he was simply dealing with worldwide structural economic changes as we emerged from the pandemic, more focus needs to be placed on greedy corporations who wildly exaggerated their cost increases and unfairly gouged consumers with sky-high prices.

And the evidence of this? Just look at their record profits - they often far exceed the pace of inflation.
