PolyTech is practicing continuous improvement with a brand new 427 ton injection molding machine. This is the 3rd new machine in the last couple of years. We have updated several other machines in the recent past along with these. Oh, did we mention we are acquiring a 40,000 square foot distribution center? More details on that later!
Exploring new business opportunities!
PolyTech Plastic Molding celebrated yet another year in business yesterday. Our family keeps growing every year that passes, this would not be possible without these great employees. Thank you for another great year & we look forward to many more with you.
Special recognition went out to the long time employees & we welcomed the newest ones.
We would like to thank the Catfish Hole for supplying the tasty deep fried goodness & a special thanks to the people that help set this all up!
LAZY MAN STANDS
A quick view of the new windows and the ones that made our dreams come true!
Don’t forget to set your clocks forward one hour tonight before you sleep. Did you know Daylight Saving Time is not federally mandated? States have the right to exempt themselves. Hawaii, most of Arizona and some American territories do not change their clocks, according to the Department of Transportation which oversees Daylight Saving in the U.S.
Merry Christmas!
PolyTech proudly supports Operation Open Season.
Operation Open Season was formed originally to help save high school shop, agri, and skills development programs in the state of Arkansas. It was first formed to supply building materials and projects for high school students. Local high school shop programs build handicap accessible hunting blinds which are donated to local land owners in exchange for allowing a wounded veteran to hunt at least one day a year. Here are a few highlights from this past year:
- Over 25 schools building blinds for our wounded veterans.
- Over 66,000 acres have been opened for veteran hunts to date.
- Each participating school allows willing veterans who participate in Operation Open Season to visit with the students once per semester, and talk about their experience in combat and share their Christian faith at the end of his or her presentation. Operation Open Season is dedicated to using this platform to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with as many students as possible.
- Topics of discussion for school visits include patriotism, the value of hard work, overcoming hardships in life, and the dangers of drug and alcohol abuse.
- Operation Open Season is dedicated to reestablishing a sense of patriotism in our local schools
- Over 35 veterans per year are placed on new hunting properties around America. We are currently opening chapters in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, Missouri, and hopefully many more states to come.
PolyTech Plastic Molding has customers throughout the USA, Canada & Mexico.
